SME Engagement Program
The SME Engagement Program is the matching of local SMEs to business opportunities identified from ICN's range of activities.ICN is focused on forging close 
links between local companies in the purchasing of their goods and services.
We work with buyers to save them time and money as well as assist suppliers expand their networks and develop new opportunities.
We are industry specialists with technical backgrounds who are easily able to:
- identify and qualify industry sector capability
- qualify business opportunities
- link industry to generate new business
- facilitate new business pathways
The program is supported by 5 metropolitan and 6 country offices throughout Victoria.
ICN’s team of consultants are dedicated to identifying major purchases being undertaken by businesses, as well as major projects throughout Australia and internationally. ICN supports the Department of Business and Innovation and presents opportunities to small to medium enterprises throughout Victoria.
